Landscape Contractors are companies who employ talented individuals typically capable of installing and maintaining both residential and commercial projects. Landscape Contractors also may have employees who can offer design services making the company a "turn-key" operation. Their clients tend to be a mixture of homeowners and general contractors. Landscape Contractors coordinate with either the designer and or superintendent to ensure the project gets completed on time and within or under budget. Responsibilities include estimating, ordering plant material, grading, installation of irrigation, lighting, turf, plants and even hardscape elements.
